Vine Fellowship is set up with an apostolic type of church government. This means rather than the congregation voting on everything, the pastor leads the church with the support and assistance of the church elders. We call our elders the advisory team.

Although we do not vote on issues as a congregation (congregational leadership), the church leaders are open to comments and suggestions from the congregation. We recognize that members have certain areas of expertise and that God speaks to and through His people. This page has been created for members of Vine Fellowship to see what issues the pastor and advisory team are discussing/praying about and to allow members to comment and/or make suggestions.

The next page lists projects/issues the pastor and advisory team are considering. Vine Fellowship members are welcome to click the email link to make comments or suggestions to the leadership about these specific issues. Once a member leaves a comment, he/she will be contacted by a member of the church leadershp simply recognizing that the email was received. Anonomous comments or suggestions will not be considered. When the issue is discussed during an advisory team meeting (a meeting between the pastor and advisory team), the comment or suggestion will be considered. As appropriate, a follow-up email will be sent to those who made suggestions regarding a specific issue.
